Partnership Evaluation and Information Use Terms v2.0.0

Purpose: The material in this portal may only be used by your company to evaluate cooperation, integration or a PoC with TWTech for WiFi Order.

Confidentiality: The material may only be shared internally with personnel who need it for the evaluation. It may not be published, forwarded, reproduced or provided to another third party.

No use outside the evaluation: The material may not be used, directly or through another party, to design, develop, test, patent or commercialize the same or a substantially similar product or service.

No reverse analysis: Packet analysis, traffic reconstruction, decompilation, credential extraction, system probing and circumvention of access controls are prohibited.

Rights reserved: Access does not grant a technical license, transfer intellectual property or create an implied license. Formal rights and responsibilities require a later written agreement signed by both parties.

Access and deletion: TWTech may adjust or revoke access according to the partnership status. When the evaluation ends or upon request, the recipient must stop using and delete related copies and notes.

Necessary records: To protect both parties and record consent, the system stores company, name, email, terms version, acceptance time, device information and necessary access records.
